If this does occur we we try our best to notify you of such an issue, and try to resolve it as best as we can. If restock will take some time (IE an overseas shipment), we can send you the rest of your order and put the missing item on backorder, which will be forwarded onto you as soon as it comes back into stock.
What are the EN numbers displayed on some of your products?
The EN number is a series of Personal Protection Equipment standards, covering the testing of chainsaw protective clothing and equipment.
The various standards for PPE (e.g. hard hats EN397) are too numerous to list here on this website. Within the standards there may also be various subdivisions to denote the standard of protection or type (e.g. ear muffs/defenders EN352-1, ear plugs EN352-2, helmet mounted muffs/defender EN352-3).
Since 1 July 1995, all new PPE must be ‘CE’ marked. The CE mark signifies that the PPE satisfies certain basic/minimum safety requirements.
