Wedge Kit for Axe Handle

Description

  1 x Round steel wedge  & 1 x Timber wedge

Supplied in kits, these wedges are designed for use in conjunction with a wooden handle when replacing damaged handles on axes and other striking tools.

Each kit includes one circular steel wedge and one wooden wedge.

When fitted correctly they provide a secure and safe attachment of a striking head to a wooden handle.

Please note: Hammer wedges are NOT suitable for use with fibreglass replacement handles.

The kit consists of:

1 x  Steel wedges: 15 mm diameter.
1 x  Wooden wedge : 65mm x 55 mm.

Suitable for axe heads of all weights.
